Please refer to the instructions below on how to attach the pad. The three tabs-slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad is firmly stuck on the mop-head to avoid this problem.

Why does the lid come off when the bucket is lifted? It seems there are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle, while the thinner one printed with "LOCK" is actually a lock that secures the lid to the bucket. So, just use the lift-handle to move the bucket, and the top lid won't come off!

"Dirty" water flows into "Clean" water? The bucket is designed to be a "WASH" and "DRY" separate helper. The 2-bucket system refers to the wash chamber and dry chamber. The DRY part is only for you to squeeze out extra water after washing the wet mop, so the water would be "dirty" into "dirty".

Why is the mop-head difficult to go inside the bucket? Fill water into the WASH chamber and wet the mop first! The dry mop is certainly hard to insert. This is normal for the first few uses. Please push down with some strength at the beginning, and tilting the mop at an angle may also help.
